Today, Davina, Alayne and I had a most awesome 1.75mi swim at the Shores. Lots of nice currents, surf and rips to play in. Gorgeous, sunny weather and the water was even up a degree or two in some places LOL. After our swim, I went for a lovely walk and even ran into a dentist I used to work with, Dr Megan Clarke (she's a great dentist).
