Preparing For The Plunge...The Polar Bear Plunge

Though Christmas is just upon us, we should keep our minds to the future.

La Jolla Cove Swim Club's Annual Polar Bear Plunge at La Jolla Shores is coming up swiftly and a great way to start the New Year off right. We are all awesome at swimming throughout the year, liquid sunshine, humongous waves, through the jetsam and flotsam, and with critters of all kinds...they don't even phase us!
