Last night I was treated to the delicacies of Me N' Ed's Pizza...OMG it's good and we ate entirely way too much! So, this morning, we made an unplanned though much needed trip to swim...no ocean near by, but my friend belongs to the George Brown Club and they had 'friends and family day' so while he worked out, I did a couple of miles and a bit* in an indoor - 25M - 4 lane - heated - au d'chlorine wonder! yech! It's Super Bowl Sunday and the place is not very crowded at all. It's been over a year since I swam in a pool...I know, I couldn't believe it either! I actually got overheated**! Enjoying myself immensely, but also miss the sea. But not for long...
* The pool swim doesn't count toward the 'Big Chill'
** Forgot to check what the H2O temp was
