Today was the LJCSC Share A Mile Valentine Swim (social) and the weather was not cooperating one bit! Blustery March-like conditions with high surf or as my friend Laura stated..."the surficide is unreal! homisurf, for whom the bell tolls surf, meet your maker surf!" Many went out for the E ticket rollercoaster of a ride Neptune dished us today. It was fun for the more experienced and frightful for the rest. Afterward, I went over to the Shores and walked a bit...clearing the cob webs and taking photos of the waves and winged friends, soaking up the salt ummm air.
